Megan brings over fifteen years of corporate sales, recruitment and marketing experience. Megan's area of expertise includes leading sales and account management in major metropolitan cities including New York and Miami, managing multiple channel partners to increase revenue, and connecting job seekers to their dream jobs. Her higher education experience has been in counseling and employer recruitment in career services. Megan has presented at national and regional conferences on recruitment and employer relation's trends. Megan has combined experience in building relationships with key constituents, managing sales teams, and working with a variety of individuals in the career exploration process in defining career goals.
Megan has dedicated her passion to helping people define and achieve career success. As the founder of Conquer Your Career, LLC, Megan incorporates personalized coaching focused on career advancement and finding strategies for a new direction while creating an action plan for clients to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
Megan earned a Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Siena College. Megan has also studied and lived in Italy. Megan is the proud mother of two , enjoys traveling with her family, and volunteering at her children’s schools and with the Miami Community.
